Use Only on Dry Skin. Start brushing in small circles at the feet and work up your limbs and body, always brushing in strokes aimed toward your heart. Use a very light amount of pressure and always follow by a shower or bath to wash away the dead skin cells and impurities you just rid yourself of. And then, as if you didn’t know… Moisturize with RICH Body Oil for your softest, glowing skin.
Proper Exfoliation should only need to be done 2-3 times a week. However, you can use The Body Dry Brush anytime you are noticing a buildup of dull, dead skin or debris or in need of an invigorating, glow-inducing body massage.
